Managed Services Agreements

The monthly fee is based upon your individual hardware and software support requirements and the number of users.

Typical pricing for a company with 20 users is £25 per user and £100 per server per month. This includes unlimited on site and remote support.

Reduced fees are available for registered charities.

Support Packages

The monthly fee will depend on the number of support hours you want to pre-pay for. All unused hours will be rolled over for one month only. You will be charged at our stadard hourly rates for any work in addition to these pre-paid and any rolled-over hours. Reduced fees are available for registered charities.
