Help Desk ProvisionOur Help Desk Technicians are fully trained and provide a friendly and responsive service.
You can contact our Help Desk by phone or email, both ways will create a support case which will be logged using our case logging system. This allocates the case to a technician and provides you with a case reference. A decision is then made whether the issue can be resolved remotely or whether an on-site visit is required.
Our Help Desk operates from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours emergency support is available.
While the MR ICT Help Desk is an integral part of the support service we provide, it can also be used as a service to supplement an in-house IT team. Please contact us for more information.
