Managed Services Agreement
For our most comprehensive service, giving you piece of mind and a predictable IT budget, you pay a fixed fee each month to cover all your IT support requirements. This includes unlimited use of our help desk, continuous monitoring of systems, monthly health check, disaster recovery and pro-active support.
