Health ChecksMR ICT perform regular "health checks" as part of the pro-active service provided. These ensure that any potential issues are identified and addressed before they cause problems. During a health check the technician will check on site various aspects of the IT systems such as the status of backups, antivirus, error logs. The customer is also consulted to allow them to report any issues they feel important.
After the health check, the customer will receive a report that documents all issues identified and makes recommendations about work that should be carried out.
Monthly health checks are included in our Support Packages and Managed Services Agreements.
