Pay As You Go Support

If you prefer to pay for support as and when it is needed, then our Pay As You Go support is the best option. When you require our services simply contact us and we will arrange a convenient time to visit you. Each hour spent on site is charged at a fixed rate.

The minimum charge for Pay As You Go support is for one hour. For current Pay As You Go support rates see below:

Mon - Fri 10am until 6pm excl. Public Holidays	£35.00
All other times	£70.00
Remote Assistance per 15 mins	£10.00

There is no call out charge for customers within 2 miles of York outer ring road. If you are based further afield, please contact us as a call out charge may apply depending on your location.
