Managed Support Plans

A managed support plan with MR ICT includes:

  • Discounted on site support
  • Regular health checks
  • Daily monitoring of Windows Small Business Server 2003 machines
  • Consultancy regarding your ICT systems and procedures
  • Remote assistance sessions
  • Additional hours of on site support at a discounted rate.

As opposed to Pay As You Go support, a managed support plan means that:

  • You can concentrate on running your business and leave your ICT concerns to us
  • You dont need to worry about viruses and other security threats - we will keep you safe
  • We can find and solve potential problems before they become a real problem
  • Your annual ICT costs can be calculated in advance making ICT budgeting simple
  • There is no need to staff and train an ICT department, saving both time and money.

On Site Support Hours

Included support hours that are not used within the month can be carried over and used in the following month as long as you continue with the plan. Support hours cannot be carried over for more than one month. Traveling time may be taken out of these hours depending on your exact location.

Health Check

A health check consists of one or more short session(s) of proactive support to ensure everything is working as it should. Health checks ensure that your systems are in good working order and are protected from the latest security threats. Any problems will be identified, documented and reported to you at the end of the session.

Consultancy Sessions

During a consultation we will revisit any project that has been carried out since the last review to ensure you have received the maximum benefit. Your future ICT strategy will also be discussed.

Remote Assistance Cases

A remote assistance case is a phone call, email or remote assistance session carried out in response to a problem. A credit will only be used if the assistance resolves the issue. If a remote assistance session exceeds 30 minutes a decision will be made as to whether an on site visit is required.
